Profile

Emilee Wooten joined the Wolves coaching staff in summer 2022, coaching our summer camps and clinics. She works primarily with our U16 team and U19 teams.

She brings a wealth of experience, especially with our attacking players. Emilee was a five-year standout at Roanoke College, where she played and started in all 83 games of her college career (an incredible and rare accomplishment). She completed her collegiate career with record-breaking 184 points from 74 goals and 36 assists, which landed her the top spot in the Roanoke record book for all three scoring categories (most career points, most career goals and most career assists by considerable margins). In her senior season, she had 24 goals and 4 assists.

Emilee was named to the 2021 NFHCA Division III Senior Team, was a  NFHCA  Division II All-Region VI First Team, and was a five-time Virginia Sports Information Directors (VaSID) All State selection, being named to the second team in her first three seasons (2017, 2018 and 2019) and the first team in her final two seasons (2020 and 2021). Emilee was also a four-time All-ODAC First team selection (2018, 2019, 2020, 2021) and was a second team All-ODAC awardee in her freshman season.

Emilee attended Gaithersburg High School, where she had a standout career and was also a long-time member of the Washington Wolves, competing at the National Club Championships in 2017 among other accomplishments. We are so excited to have another experienced Wolf on our coaching staff!
