Our oldest and most accomplished group of athletes, the U19 team, had a great year of competition, recruitment, and personal success. We have a mix of players that are either committed to play field hockey at the college level or continue to have a passion for field hockey but have chosen to play at the club level in college. Our current commitments include Longwood, Lafayette, LIU, Sacred Heart, Bellarmine, Franklin & Marshall, and Haverford.

In the fall, all of our U19s compete for their high school varsity field hockey teams, often serving as captains, leaders and starters on their teams. This meant they often competed head-to-head in high school games but we always came back together on the weekends for practices. They will then compete in a local tournament before attending the Shooting Star Thanksgiving tournament in Virginia.

Following this tournament, we move into our winter season. We will attend several indoor tournaments , including an indoor college showcase in January before National Indoor Tournament qualifiers. Last year, our U19 team did a fantastic job winning their pool, before securing the gold medal in the Unity Tier #1 championship bracket. We will send a combined U16/U19 team to the Winter Escape Showcase and a U19 team to the Sunshine Showcase, both in Florida. Last year, our U19 team at the Sunshine Showcase went undefeated in Pool Play and earned the #14 seed going into crossovers. After falling in shootouts, they went on to finish tied for 15th out of 73 teams at the event.

With the indoor season complete, we will be back outside for the spring season. Our schedule will consists of two local spring leagues that has them competing most weekends. In April, the team will head to the Shooting Star Easter Showcase, where last year they had a great showing and took home the top prize as the winners of their Pool. The team then went on to compete at the Region 7 Club Championships, where they qualified for the National Club Championships at the end of June and a trip to the U19 National Club Championship in Virginia Beach. The team went undefeated in pool play and after the tree-day battle, completed the season and the tournament tied for 13th in the country. Go Wolves!!!
